Sardines & humus bruschettas

Handcrafted in the Atlantic and bought by auction in the Porto region, our sardines are prepared fresh according to a traditional cooking method.
Head for the flavors of the south with our lemon and hummus sardine bruschettas!

-1 can of Les Toques Blanches du Monde sardines
-Slices of bread
-1 lemon juice
-1 new onion
-Espelette pepper
For humus:
-400g canned chickpeas (keep the juice)
-2 tablespoons of "tahiné" (sesame cream)
-1 garlic clove
-2 tablespoons of olive oil Les Toques Blanches du Monde
-1 lemon juice
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-Salt and pepper
1. Mix the chickpeas with the "tahiné", cut the garlic into 4 and add the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper.
2. Add the chickpea juice to obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
3. Sprinkle your hummus with a teaspoon of cumin to season it.
4. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put it in the fridge.
5. Toast small slices of bread.
6. Spread the hummus generously on the slices and add the sardines.
7. Just add the lemon juice, the onion and Espelette pepper.
