Description

Each sausage is prepared according to a family know-how that has been passed down from generation to generation. Each sausage is pressed by hand one by one to extract the air and concentrate all the flavors. It is refined during the winter in a natural cellar.

Tasting suggestion

Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.
