Elaborated according to a traditional recipe from 1688, this soya sauce reveals the taste of a meticulous ancestral know-how. Fermented in cedar barrels for 2 years, it is distinguished by its typical amber color and incomparable aroma.

Tasting suggestion

Traditionally, this salted soy sauce is really tasty with red fish sashimi and sushi. But it can be also a perfect seasoning with rice and pasta as well as meat !
