Description
This trout has grown in the fresh and oxygenated waters of the Alps that guarantee a tender flesh and a great quality. Each trout is then hand-salted with dry salt, smoked with beech and oak wood and delicately sliced with a knife according to an artisanal know-how.
Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.
