Tasting suggestion

Superior cooked ham: This charcuterie is made from a traditional French pork recipe. Its texture is mellow, and its seasoning makes it tasty.

Dry sausage: Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.

Black tapenade:  This tapenade will reveal all its intense fruity aromas on lightly toasted toast!

Mustard: Creamy and spicy, this mustard will be perfect with all types of dishes!

Southwest halfcooked PGI foie gras: Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.

PGI foie gras from Périgord: To taste this foie gras, we advise you to cool it before tasting. Take it out 1 hour before tasting to appreciate all its flavors.

A conserver entre 0°C et 4°C. Après ouverture, consommer rapidement. 

Foie gras de canard IGP Périgord: Pour déguster ce foie gras, nous vous conseillons de le placer au frais avant dégustation. Sortez-le 1h avant dégustation pour apprécier toutes ses saveurs. Servez-le sur un pain de campagne légèrement toasté accompagné d'un chutney de figues.

Ingredients

Superior cooked ham: Pork ham, salt, broth (water, onion, pepper, garlic, nutmeg, thyme, bay leaf, clove, natural pork flavour), dextrose, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite

Dry sausage: Premium pork meat (from France), salt, lactose , sugar, dextrose, spices, preservative: potassium nitrate, ferments, natural pork casing. Flower powder: calcium carbonate, talc.

Black tapenade Pulp of black olives* from Nyons PDO 95% (olives, water, salt), capers (capers, water, salt), Provence spices (thyme, savory, oregano), anchovy cream (salted anchovies, olive oil), olive oil.

Mustard: Water, mustard seeds of Burgundy, white wine of Burgundy Aligoté PGI (16.3%) (with sulphites), salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite, spice.

Southwest halfcooked PGI foie gras: Duck foie gras, salt, sugar, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite
