Description
Using a traditional bronze mould gives pasta a rough texture that allows it to better absorb all sauces. Plus, the low temperature does not alter the nutritional qualities of pasta during cooking.
For “Al dente” cooking: Pour the pasta into boiling salted water. Cook for 7/8 minutes and drain !
