Eggs & tapenade
With the characteristic taste of the Nyons olive, fruity and tasty, our tapenade goes perfectly with hard-boiled eggs and Burgundy mustard!
-1 black tapenade Les Toques Blanches du Monde
-1 teaspoon of Burgundy mustard PGI Les Toques Blanches du Monde
-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Les Toques Blanches du Monde
Let's cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Then put them in cold water, peel them and cut them in half.
Remove the hard-boiled egg yolks.
Mix them with the tapenade, mustard and extra virgin olive oil.
Mix everything together to obtain a smooth paste, and garnish the white eggs.
