Recipe

  1. Let's cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.

  2. Then put them in cold water, peel them and cut them in half.

  3. Remove the hard-boiled egg yolks.

  4. Mix them with the tapenade, mustard and extra virgin olive oil.

  5. Mix everything together to obtain a smooth paste, and garnish the white eggs.
