Description
The Coppa is a traditional charcuterie from the Parma region. Made from pork skein (the neck), it is then salted and flavoured (pepper, spices, etc.) before being refined for several weeks.
Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.
Pork meat, salt, dextrose, spices, aromas. Antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252, E250.
