- 250 g of dark chocolate Les Toques Blanches du Monde
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs yolks
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces in a saucepan and melt over low heat.
2. Gradually add the butter cut into small dices. Let's mix together !
3. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks and sugar. Mix everything well.
4. Put the dough for two hours in the fridge so that it solidifies. Then, let's form small truffles and roll them in cocoa. A true delight!
