Our mustard is made with mustard seeds exclusively grown in the Burgundian territory and slowly crushed to the stone wheel. Its little pinch of white wine aligoté pays tribute to its original region: Burgundy in France !
Creamy and spicy, this mustard will be perfect with all types of dishes !
Water, mustard seeds of Burgundy, white wine of Burgundy Aligoté PGI (16.3%) (with sulphites), salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite, spice.
