Discover this fruity and delicate ham made from pigs born and bred in the Southwest.

Each piece of ham has required several stages of manufacture, from hand salting to refining, according to a strict specification of the Bayonne PGI.

The average production time of a Bayonne ham is 9 to 12 months.

Tasting suggestion

Store between 0°C and 4°C. After opening, consume quickly.
